Elastic PU-Foam Premium NBS: More Joint per Can, Faster Finishing

For window installers, yield and cutting time determine how much work gets done in a day. Elastic PU-Foam Premium NBS is a one-component flexible PU foam that delivers up to 45 litres of foam per 750 ml can and can be cut within 40 minutes or less at 20 °C. After curing it stays elastic, with an elongation at break of 35–37%, so connection joints absorb the movement of frames and adjoining elements without cracking.

Elastic Gun Foam for Demanding Window and Door Joints

This premium elastic gun foam is built for connection joints around window and door frames, sills and other building joints where movement occurs regularly. With very low after-expansion, it fills joints without pushing profiles out of line, and the gun-grade NBS valve keeps dosing precise. The cured foam is resistant from -40 °C to +80 °C and offers a compressive strength of 21 kPa at 10% deformation. Protect exposed joints against UV with a sealant, membrane or coating. Not suitable for PE, PTFE or PP.
