Artificial Grass PU-Foam: The Faster Artificial Grass Adhesive

Bucket adhesives mean mixing, spreading and cleaning up. Artificial grass PU-Foam is a ready-to-use, one-component polyurethane foam adhesive that is dosed straight from the can with a foam gun. It bonds artificial grass to wood, stone, concrete and other substrates, and, with seam tape, joins two rolls together. A strong bond forms within 30 minutes and the connection is fully load-bearing after 12 hours.

• Approx. 55 litres of foam from one 750 ml can
• Low consumption: 70–100 g/m²
• High initial adhesion, cuttable after 25–45 minutes
• Compressive strength of 120 kPa, 90% closed cells
• Highly resistant to moisture and ageing, -40 °C to +100 °C

Turf Adhesive for Spot Fixing, Edges and Seams

As an artificial grass adhesive, the product is suitable for spot fixing, edge bonding and seam joining with tape. It is applied in thin, even beads to the substrate or seam tape. The foam expands slightly while curing and compensates for small irregularities between substrate, tape and grass backing. Avoid over-dosing to prevent bulges, and keep the grass in place until initial strength is reached. Bonds to concrete, aerated concrete, fibre cement, wood and metal; not suitable for PE, PTFE or PP or for permanent underwater use.
