Polyurethane Gunfoam NBS: The Everyday Gun Grade Expanding Foam
For most installers, the standard gun foam is the product they use every day, so it has to be predictable. Polyurethane Gunfoam NBS is a ready-to-use, one-component gun grade expanding foam for mounting, sealing, insulating and filling joints, seams, connections and cavities. It cures with atmospheric moisture and adheres to concrete, masonry, stone, wood and metal. After curing, it can be cut, sanded and painted.
- Approx. 40 litres of foam per 750 ml can
- Dimensional stability below 5%
- Thermal conductivity of 0.035–0.042 W/(m·K)
- Tack-free in 6–10 minutes, cuttable after 45–65 minutes
- Cuttable, sandable and paintable after curing
PU Gun Foam for Frames, Seams and Installations
The NBS valve fits all standard foam guns and allows precise dosing, which means less waste and cleaner joints. This PU gun foam is used for frames, window sills, seams and cracks, cavities, pipes and electrical installations. The cured foam is resistant from -50 °C to +78 °C and has a fire class of B3 (DIN 4102). Allow for post-expansion and apply wide or deep joints in layers. Protect cured foam against UV when used outdoors.
