Polyurethane Foam HH

Polyurethane Foam HH: Handheld Expanding Foam, Ready When You Are

For quick repairs and occasional jobs, a foam gun is one tool too many. Polyurethane Foam HH is a fast-curing, one-component handheld expanding foam supplied with an application straw. It insulates, mounts, seals and fills joints, seams, cavities and connections, and it adheres to concrete, stone, wood and metal.

  • Supplied with application straw, no foam gun required
  • Approx. 40 litres of foam per 750 ml can
  • Low shrinkage, dimensional stability below 5%
  • Thermal conductivity of 0.035–0.042 W/(m·K)
  • Tack-free in 6–10 minutes, cuttable after 45–65 minutes

Straw Foam for Gaps, Cracks and Pipe Penetrations

As a straw foam and gap filling foam, Polyurethane Foam HH is used around frames and window sills, in seams and cracks, cavities, pipes and electrical installations. Allow for post-expansion and apply wide or deep joints in layers with 15 to 30 minutes in between. The cured foam resists -50 °C to +78 °C, has fire class B3 (DIN 4102) and must be protected against UV outdoors. Adhesion to PE, PTFE and PP is poor.
