Pu-Foam Adhesive NBS: One Construction Foam Adhesive for Stone and Wood

Mortar means buckets, mixing tools, water and waiting. Pu-Foam Adhesive NBS is a one-component PU foam adhesive that bonds stone-based substrates as well as wood and rubber, straight from the can. Masonry and elements are bonded faster and with less waste, and a strong adhesive bond forms within 30 minutes.

• Shear strength of 700 kPa, adhesive strength of 150 kPa
• Open time 5 minutes, minimum mechanical fixing time 30 minutes
• Final strength after 24 hours
• Thermal conductivity of 0.030–0.035 W/(m·K)
• Low weight compared to cement

Masonry Adhesive Foam for Blocks, Sills and Thresholds

This construction foam adhesive is used for stacking blocks, hollow blocks, concrete, aerated concrete, fibre cement, wood, pond edging and window sills or thresholds. The gun-grade NBS valve makes application fast and precise. The foam may expand slightly while curing, so correct dosing is important. Pu-Foam Adhesive NBS is not suitable for load-bearing structures or bonds permanently exposed to high loads, and it does not adhere well to PE, PTFE or PP. Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +90 °C.
