Sprayfoam PU-K NBS: Two Component Spray Foam for Seamless Insulation

Insulating irregular surfaces with boards takes time and leaves seams. Sprayfoam PU-K NBS is a ready-to-use, sprayable two component spray foam that applies a seamless thermal insulation and air-sealing layer in one pass. Both components are mixed during spraying and cure chemically, so curing does not depend on air or substrate moisture. With a thermal conductivity of 0.021–0.024 W/(m·K), it is the best insulating foam in our range.

A Spray Foam Insulation Kit for Walls, Roofs, Floors and Crawl Spaces

This spray foam insulation kit is designed for irregular and hard-to-reach surfaces: walls, roofs, floors and crawl spaces, technical rooms, pipes, cavities and the connections between building elements, including metal and timber structures. The pressure vessels are connected to a dosing gun with hoses and a mixing nozzle; spray from 30–40 cm in thin, even layers. Cured foam has limited UV resistance and must be finished outdoors. The stated yield applies under controlled conditions.
