Stone PU Adhesive NBS: Block Adhesive Foam Instead of Mortar

Compared with cement-based mortar, a foam adhesive saves water, mixing tools, waste and weight on the scaffold. Stone PU Adhesive NBS is a ready-to-use, one-component block adhesive foam for fast and efficient bonding of stone-based building materials. It cures with atmospheric moisture into a strong, slightly foaming bond line that compensates for small irregularities between dimensionally accurate elements.

Masonry Adhesive Foam for Blocks, Aerated Concrete and Sills

This masonry adhesive foam bonds stacking blocks, hollow blocks, concrete, aerated concrete, fibre cement, pond edges and window sills or thresholds. Applied with a foam gun via the NBS valve, it is fast and precise to dose. The adhesive is not intended to fill large cavities or strongly uneven surfaces; for structural applications, always follow the requirements and approvals of the building system. Temperature resistance -35 °C to +90 °C, fire class E (EN 13501-1).
